Hell is as real as it is hot. The underground is ruled by the rejected and home to the forgotten. Cerberus, a not-so-mythical three headed monster, is the guard of the under realm. He is to protect the dead from the living. whomever dares cheat death and challenge the authority of his father shall meet their demise as three heads mutilate them simultaneously.
cerberus is beloved by his father, hades. so much so, that the god gave his dear devil dogs a human form so they could see the surface. however, they do not dwell your earth without instruction. they are to train their human body to move with power and precision. they are to identify as one, under the name castiel. they are to do right by those who are wronged, shackle oppressors with the chains of death, and send them straight onto the expressway of hell. as long as his tasks are tended to, castiel spends his days on the surface searching for what people are so afraid of letting go in this world— what is the meaning to life? Why is death a curse?
